According to the latest U.S. Census Bureau, almost 40% of the population is age 45 and over. More significantly, the age groups of 45-64 years and 65+ years saw the fastest growth rates in a span of ten years. But these rapidly-growing segments of the population are facing a critical problem - ageism.
