The Arizona Commerce Authority has announced its 25 semifinalists for its Fall 2013 Arizona Innovation Challenge, a bi-annual business plan competition. The ACA awards $3 million a year, the most money in the country for a technology commercialization challenge, to the most qualified, innovative startups and early-stage companies.
