The Hampton Roads Innovation Collaborative said it's working with the city of Norfolk to launch a cybersecurity-focused regional business accelerator.
HRIC, formerly Technology Hampton Roads, and Norfolk will share the program management responsibilities, according to a news release. Allen Baker is the point person with Norfolk’s Department of Development.
