The last weeks have seen a growth in the number of firms doing crowdfunding for wines, for artists, for musicians, and even for newspapers. Is it possible to develop a crowdfunding market to raise capital for small companies? Not under the current regulations that implement the 1990 Penny Stock Reform Act in the United States.
