CDFA recently hosted the Advanced Tax Increment Finance Course in Washington, DC. At this course, Marc Hughes of Jefferies & Co. and Laura Radcliff of Stifel Nicolaus gave an overview of TIF and discussed the current issues affecting the use of this development finance tool.
