A recent survey found that Boomers are not going quietly in the night upon hitting the age that was once assumed to be that of retirement. Whether it be for financial reasons, or because they are just not ready to stop working, many between the ages of 45-74 can now be found starting their own businesses rather than relaxing on a beach.
