Gov. Scott Walker announced the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) will provide $1 million in funding to entrepreneurs through a new program aimed at commercializing high-tech innovation.
“SBIR Advance is one more way we can help build the economy and grow jobs in Wisconsin,” Walker said. “This is a tool that will help young, innovative companies with the assistance they need to bring their products from conception to market.”
