The Roanoke-Blacksburg Technology Council and Roanoke-Blacksburg Innovation Network announced today the two organizations with similar goals will become one. As part of the arrangement, the RBTC and RBIN will share resources like staffing and office space and aim for the same goals, according to a news release.
