Yunchul Kim is an artist and electroacoustic music composer based on Seoul. In 2017, he was invited to live and work at CERN in Switzerland, home of the world’s largest laboratory for particle physics. His latest art exhibit was designed during his time at CERN and The Foundation for Art and Creative Technology (FACT) in Liverpool. The exhibit features art installation, Cascade, an 18 meter-long system of transparent tubing filled with fluid kept in continuous motion. Kim uses scientific methods to create art.
