We’ve been listening carefully to our employees over the last two years during this challenging pandemic, and they have not been shy to say they have had to endure a lot of pain. I can see it myself. I can see their fatigue. How could there not be fatigue? It’s extremely hard to manage the kids, including helping them with school, while also taking care of elderly parents, coping with a global pandemic and still trying to work productively.
